Ali Emrouznejad is a Professor and Chair in Business Analytics at Surrey Business School, University of Surrey, UK. His research interests include performance measurement and management, efficiency, productivity analysis, data mining, and big data. Mehdi Toloo is an Associate Professor in Business Analytics at Surrey Business School, UK. He also holds a Full Professor position in Systems Engineering and Informatics at the Technical University of Ostrava, Czech Republic. Dr. Toloo acts as an area editor for Computers & Industrial Engineering, and he is a member of the editorial board or associate editor to several other journals.
