Margit Osterloh Margit Osterloh graduated at the University of Technology in Berlin, did her Ph.D. at the Freie Universitt of Berlin and held a chair in Human Resources at the University of Lneburg, Germany. She was Fellow of the Research School of Social Sciences in Canberra, Australia, and of the Institute of Advanced Study Collegium Budapest, Hungaria. She was a board member of three big companies in Switzerland and Germany and a member of Deutscher Wissenschaftsrat (German Council for Science and Humanities). She is member of several Advisory Boards of German universities. 2007 she got a honorary doctorate from the University of Lneburg.
