This book focuses on phenomenon of deforestation in the Brazilian and Indonesian rainforest by multinational organizations and their socio-economic impacts on indigenous people, animals and on global environment. This phenomenon is analyzed in accordance with the theories of culture and ethics. After analysis, it is founded that JBS group and Sinar Mas group, both are involved in unethical activities. JBS is purchasing inputs, such as meat and leather in the Amazon region of Brazil and to outsource their biggest clients like Burger King, Wal-Mart, Nike, Adidas, and Italian Shoes etc. Sinar Mas group is producing Palm Oil and paper by clearing Amazon area and supplying to Unilever, Nestle, Abengoa, HSBC, Carrefour and Burger King etc. In addition, these MNC's have forced their powers repeatedly to boycott their products in the network of the value chain to put pressure on JBS and Sinar Mas, to avoid deforestation.
