Together with her partner Tom Janssen, Katrien Pauwels is the owner of OR Coffee Roasters, a Belgian coffee roasting company that manages the entire coffee cycle in-house and buys 75% of her coffee beans directly from the farmer on the plantation. She is also active as an international jury member at the World Championships Barista and Brewers Cup. She has a company that distributes speciality coffee in Europe.
