Limits of Westernization

Perin E. Gurel is assistant professor of American studies and concurrent assistant professor of gender studies at the University of Notre Dame. Her work has appeared in American Quarterly, the Journal of Transnational American Studies, Gastronomica, and the Journal of Turkish Literature.
