    Zechun Hu is a Professor with the Department of Electrical Engineering at Tsinghua University, China, and a Senior Member of the IEEE. His research focuses on optimal planning and operation of power systems, electric vehicles, and energy storage systems. He received his PhD in Electrical Engineering from Xian Jiao Tong University, China. Yilin Wen is a Lecturer with the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at North China Electric Power University, China, and a Member of the IEEE. His research interests include demand-side management, and integrated transmission and distribution systems. He received his PhD in Electrical Engineering from Tsinghua University, China.
