Coursework Consumer Law

Seminar paper from the year 2006 in the subject Business economics - Law, grade: C, Ipswich School, course: GCSE Law, language: English, abstract: What does consumer law consist of and are consumers adequately protected by the current consumer law in the UK? This coursework has the aim to analyse the different aspects of consumer protection covered by UK consumer law and the effectiveness of the current laws in protecting consumers. The focus is only on consumer law which applies to England, as there are some differences between laws in England, Wales, Northern Ireland and Scotland.
