Heavenly Bodies

When the best selling author of a feminist science fiction novel is discovered to be male, his life crashes around him. Offered a lifeline by the the owner of an upstart TV network, Les Young sells the television rights to his highbrow novel, Caelesti Orbis, and is hired as the Head Writer. Working with a motley crew of writers, the resulting series is renamed Heavenly Bodies, and looks more like a cross between Star Trek and Barbarella than his original vision. Embarrassed by the show he helped create, Les is soon shocked to discover he may have a hit on his hands.
