Heather Easterling, PharmD, MBA is a distinguished figure in the pharmacy industry, bringing a wealth of expertise and innovation to her role as Vice President for Professional and Advisory Solutions at McKesson US Pharmaceutical. Involved in multiple dimensions of pharmacy services, Heather’s career has been marked by significant contributions to health system pharmacy operations and the expansion of clinical services, particularly through her extensive expertise in the 340B Program.  At McKesson, Heather is instrumental in engaging with health system and pharmacy customers to enhance their 340B programs, ensuring these initiatives effectively support healthcare services for underserved populations. Her oversight of a concierge program further underscores her commitment to operational excellence, as she works diligently to identify and resolve contract discrepancies.  Prior to her role at McKesson, Heather served as the System Administrative Officer of Pharmacy Services at MUSC Health in Charleston, South Carolina. Her academic contributions as the Clinical Associate Dean of Medical Center Affairs for the MUSC College of Pharmacy, along with her leadership as Director of Pharmacy Graduate Education for residency programs, highlight her dedication to both professional practice and education.  Heather holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the Medical University of South Carolina and a Master’s in Business Administration from The Citadel Graduate College. Her comprehensive training includes a 24-month pharmacy practice management residency, equipping her with the skills necessary to lead in complex healthcare environments.  Heather Easterling's career is a testament to her innovative approach and unwavering commitment to improving patient care and pharmacy operations.
