Surviving the Cross

For Christians, the crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus Christ are quintessential subjects as Jesus died on the cross and rose on the third day. Unfortunately, even after reading about the life of Jesus in the Bible--and all that he has done and promised to do in the coming age--many people choose to dispute the traditional story of Jesus Christ. These skeptics have embraced other heterodox theories concerning the crucifixion (such as the Swoon Theory), which warrant a response. This book seeks to help guide those towards the truth of Scripture--that Jesus physically died on the cross and miraculously arose just three days afterward. Therefore, by investigating the circumstances surrounding the events of the crucifixion, detailing what is medically plausible, and observing what is historically recorded, this book sheds greater light on the truths that Scripture asserts on the resurrection of Christ.
