    Alla kan lära sig något av denna bok. Den kommer alltid tillbaka till mig. Får en att se saker från ett större helande perspektiv. Tre traditioner, kulturer och filosofier knyts samman till livsläranden som vi alla går igenom och kan lära oss något av och knyta samma trauman eller livshändelser till fysiska sjukdomar/åkommor/skador. Ett mycket intressant perspektiv som gör att man blir uppmärksam på ena inre processer, tankegånger och energier. Ganska tung bok men man kan hoppa fram och tillbaka.
