Gao Qingfei is associate professor at the School of Traffic Science and Engineering, Harbin Institute of Technology, deputy director of the Department of Bridge and Tunnel Engineering, and test inspector of highway and water transport engineering (bridge and tunnel engineering, road engineering). He is a member of the International Association for Bridge Maintenance and Safety (IABMAS), the International Society for Intelligent Construction (ISIC), the Chinese society of Civil Engineering, the Chinese Highway Society, the first youth Editorial Committee of the Journal of Xi'an University of Science and Technology, and reviewer of many journals at home and abroad. Dr. Zhenhua Duan obtained his doctor's degree from Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2015. He is now an associate professor and doctoral supervisor at Tongji University, Shanghai Pujiang scholar, and the deputy director of the "Recycled Concrete Structure and Construction" Research Center. In the past five years, more than 50 papers have been published, 14 invention patents have been authorized, and more than 10 standards have been prepared. He has presided over more than 10 scientific research projects. Based on the above studies, he has won the first prize of provincial and ministerial Natural Science Award (ranking 4 in 2020), two provincial and ministerial first prizes for scientific and technological progress (ranking 10 and 15) and one provincial and ministerial second prize for technological invention (ranking 6).
