Her research expertise lies in the realm of sustainable entrepreneurship and innovation management, and she is a Faculty Innovation Fellow at Stanford University’s d.school.Zita K. Lucius serves as a Senior Innovation Manager at Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy, overseeing innovation initiatives within the offshore business unit. Her research is deeply rooted in practical applications, with a primary focus on innovation and organizational culture. Additionally, she actively engages in various honorary roles, including positions at JCI Hamburg and the Big & Growing Festival Hamburg.Barbara Blenski, the proprietor of INNOSHOT, is a renowned authority in systemic innovation. Her roles as a consultant, coach, and facilitator are complemented by her position as a lecturer at Hochschule Fresenius (Germany). She also dedicates her time to local political and professional associations dedicated to fostering innovation and change and holds a board membership at the Federal Association for New Work.
