Alexander D. Chekov is an Analyst at the Laboratory of International Process Analysis, Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO-University). Anna V. Makarycheva is a Research Fellow at the Laboratory of International Process Analysis, MGIMO-University. Anastasia M.
