Alissa Marie Jordan is Associate Director of the Center for Experimental Ethnography at the University of Pennsylvania, Affiliated Faculty in Gender, Sexuality, and Women's Studies, and Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Department of Anthropology. She is the co-author of "On the Cutting Edge: Emerging Contemporary Art in Ghana", published in African Arts, and a contributor to Spirit Service: Vodùn and Vodou in the African Atlantic World.
