Martha A. Hargraves, Ph.D., M.P.H., is an assistant professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Texas Medical Branch, Galveston. Karen Scott Collins, M.D., M.P.H., is assistant vice president of The Commonwealth Fund.
