Robert Howse is the Lloyd C. Nelson Professor of International Law at New York University School of Law. Hélène Ruiz-Fabri is Director of the Max Planck Institute Luxembourg for Procedural Law, and Head of the Department of International Law and Dispute Resolution. Geir Ulfstein is Professor of International Law in the Department of Public and International Law and Co-director of PluriCourts, the Centre for the Study of the Legitimate Roles of the Judiciary in the Global Order, at the Universitetet i Oslo.
