    Läs boken om du vill lära dig mer om dagens 15 största sjukdomar och hur man kan påverka dessa med dieten. Dr Greger går igenom sjukdomar och vad man ska äta för att undvika dessa. Boken har ungefär 200 sidor referens litteratur som Dr Greger och hans grupp har läst som känns som en välgrundad bok.
