Also, the art of cake decorating is extensively (explained) in this book. The decorations look stunning! The detailed explanation of how to make and handle buttercream to make perfect decorations, it's almost like there are many courses within 1 course book. I think this will usually add up to a few hundred euros if you were to take these courses separately on-site!"

Nazli is the creator of gurmevegan.com, a plant based chef, menu designer, raw pastry educator and author of several cookbooks, all rooted in food expression with nature as a core.

She focuses on plant-based fine dining experience using high quality ingredients, mostly raw, local grown. She believes we do our body a great favor by eating foods that are as close to their original state as possible but at the same time easy for digestion and still gourmet.

She is quite preoccupied with the old, traditional ways of cooking in combination with the more modern methods in the best of both worlds style.
