He is also the Founder-Chairman of the Kets de Vries Institute (KDVI), a boutique leadership development consulting firm.The Financial Times, Le Capital, Wirtschaftswoche, Harvard Business Review, El Pais and the Economist have rated him among the world’s leading management thinkers.
