Hospitality is the relationship between guest and host, or the act or practice of being hospitable. Concepts associated with affirmative action, equal employment opportunity and gender discrimination was introduced. These processes were fully introduced and discussed. This is accomplished through the process of job analysis. Processes and methods regarding job analysis were discussed. A useful book for management students and practitioners.
