This pack of lecturer, photocopiable, material is designed to provide sets of authentic case studies to illustrate a variety of aspects of Company Business Law. It consists of a collection of 19 individual scenarios, each of which is introduced and has a variety of tasks attached. The "authentic" material consists of letters, contracts and invoices relating to each situation. A section of material is provided which provides guidance to lecturers on the teaching approach which should be adopted, indicates goals and "answers" to aim for and provides a variety of suggestions as to how to exploit the material more fully.
