Stephen Ross is Associate Professor in the English department at the University of Victoria, Canada. He has published widely on Modernism and is General Editor of the Routledge Encyclopedia of Modernism.Allana Lindgren is Associate Professor in the Theatre department at the University of Victoria, Canada.
