JT is a native of Colorado and one of the founders of The Science of Success Institute. He currently lives in Colorado with his wife and three beautiful daughters. His passion for baseball and coaching was solidified at a very young age and continues to grow. JT is dedicated to helping others learn in a positive, uplifting environment and teaches athletes to set goals to realize their potential in life, both on and off the field. He coaches several athletes ranging from toddlers to adults, in a variety of sports including baseball, softball, basketball, and soccer. He is certified in numerous coaching programs including: Bob Procter, New Peaks, Bank Code, and many more. Through playing sports and coaching others, JT has learned that no dream is too big, if you put your mind toward a goal then anything is possible!
