Cooper is Professor of Organizational Psychology and Health, Lancaster University Management School and Pro Vice Chancellor (External Relations) at Lancaster University, and formerly Deputy Vice Chancellor (External Relations) of the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology (UMIST).
