As a community agency built on a shoestring budget, the state, federal, and local levels have contributed to major improvements in the learning and family life of many individuals associated with The Children's Center. AGNES M. PLENK was founder and executive director of The Children's Center in Salt Lake City and now serves the center as psychology consultant. She is the originator of the Plenk Storytelling Test (PST), a projective test for young children. She is Adjunct Professor in Clinical Psychology and Educational Psychology at the University of Utah and Brigham Young University.
