This new ABC title highlights the key areas within the management of common chronic disease conditions which can be influenced by the patient as well and how the healthcare professional can help support this. It defines lifestyle medicine, examines the evidence base and discussing the roles of the patient and the healthcare professional in the practice of lifestyle medicine.
