NEIL PAULSEN is a Lecturer at the UQ Business School. His research examines group and organizational identification processes in organizations undergoing change, and the role of communicating in facilitating organizational change. He has experience as a Senior manager and Consultant in public, private, and community sector organizations. - TOR HERNES has a PhD from Lancaster University and is currently a Professor at the Norwegian School of Management, Sandvika. He is Founding Editor and Editor in Chief of Nordic Organization Studies. Previously he worked as an International Consultant and Researcher with the UN.
