Mandy Flint is Mandy is an International Expert on leading and developing teams. Mandy is the CEO of Excellence in Leadership, a global transformational change organisation which she founded in 2000 after over 20 years of leadership experience in the corporate world. During this time Mandy spent 14 years working for American Express running business units and held roles in sales operations, public affairs, communications and cultural change. Elisabet Vinberg Hearn is CEO of Think Solutions UK Ltd in the UK and Think Solutions AB in Sweden, leadership consultancies specializing in employee engagement and profitable corporate cultures. She also operates as a consultant, speaker and coach, working with individuals, teams and organizations, providing strategic leadership and tactical solutions to clients around the World. Elisabet has extensive experience from the business world, including 13 years with American Express, based both in Sweden and in the UK. She has held various leadership roles, responsible for customer servicing, process re-engineering and corporate culture transformation. .
