  1. Fantastisk bok med kunskap

    Detta är den mest fantastiska matbok jag någonsin läst. Steget mellan paleo och nutid, fullt med kunskap och recept.
    Anledningen till att den inte fick en 5a är att den har en tråkig förmsttering i faktadelarna och därför blir lite tungläst.

    Du lär dig att optimera ditt näringsintag genom att äta naturligt, rätt tillagat och oraffinerat. Till och med sädesslagen och mjölken blir nyttig, tack vare de prepareringsmetoder som finns beskrivna i denna kokbok. Börja äta hälsosamt och gott med hjälp av Nourishing Traditions.
