    Indistractable ger dig en konkret och lättförstådd modell till hur du kan få den där tiden till saker man vill göra som så lätt försvinner ifrån en annars. Mycket handlar om hur du kan göra för att använda den digitala världen till din nytta och sluta låta den styra ditt liv och det handlar inte bara om att du ska sluta använda digitala verktyg eller strikt införa begräsningar för dig eller t.ex. din barn.
