Great book
This book is the best book I've read this year! It explains how the mind works in detail but not excessive to me. Then it gives ways to get out of this problem. I like the alternate nostril breathing technique a lot.

I would recommend this book to the people which takes less action and thinks more, the people who goes on thinking and thinking and at the end drop the plan due to overthinking.
