In times of self-optimization, people understandably often seek quick solutions to their problems under the pressure of everyday life. Depth psychological counseling develops changes for unbearable conditions, but it takes time for them. Because it has an eye on people in their entirety, including their history. Symptoms and disorders are not viewed as deficits in need of repair, but as meaningful messages from the soul. In depth psychological counseling, it is less about adapting people to the given personal and social living conditions.
