I really love kettlebells. They have changed how I exercise. I have exercised all my life with the exception of an extended period when my kids were small and doing so impacted their health negatively. Such as the time I tae bowed my daughter in the head. Recently I noticed that I was losing my ability to bounce back from small injuries so I figured I needed to find an exercise that could get me strong in a short period of time. Shocked and Awed
The protocol is simple and straight forward. I recently heard someone say that "If it looks simple on the white board, it will kick your butt". This does so and I mean that in the best way possible. I see this as a launching point to use a couple of times a year (perhaps around the holidays). Do it once with a set of kettlebells, go back to doing other things, and then revisit again in a few months with a heavier set to see how far you have progressed. Make it your benchmarking protocol. Best first book
This book gives the first timer and the experienced exerciser good well organized info and illustrations and some good suggested workouts. A fine book for anyone .

Great kettlebell training book!
I have always been the sort of person who likes to stay in shape and stay healthy and strong, so I'm always looking for books just like this. I have to say that in this particular case, I was most definitely not disappointed by these kettlebell routines!

Great workout guide!
Great guide for working out. This is what I use when I don't have time to run to the gym or just do not feel like being around people. Just grab your kettlebell and rock out while you sweat your butt off!
