    Hur vi plus 50 år bör äta och röra på oss för ett hälsosamt och vitalt liv. Bygg muskler och kost för att göra det möjligt, träna cardio och balans. Inga konstiga dieter eller regler som stressar kroppen. Märker hur jag steg för steg närmar mig min normalvikt. Toppenbok!
