Steven L. Lamy is Professor Emeritus of International Relations, Environmental Studies, and Spatial Sciences in the School of International Relations at the University of Southern California. John S. Masker is Associate Professor Emeritus of Political Science at Temple University. John Baylis is Emeritus Professor at Swansea University. Sir Steve Smith is Vice Chancellor and Professor of International Relations at the University of Exeter. Patricia Owens is Professor of International Relations and Fellow of Somerville College at the University of Oxford.
