Detta är en mycket bra bok för den som vill få en överblick över pci-bussen. Den tar upp både mekaniska och elektriska krav. Författaren beskriver på ett mycket bra sätt, dvs det blir inte för komplicerat för att hänga med. Är man en hårdvarukonstruktör som vill koppla ihop färdiga pci-enheter så är detta en bra bok, men vill man utveckla sin egen pci-enhet så måste man skaffa sig den officiella "öppna" specifikationen från PCI-SIG. Jag rekommenderar helt klart denna bok.
