    Detta är den mest fantastiska matbok jag någonsin läst. Steget mellan paleo och nutid, fullt med kunskap och recept.
    Anledningen till att den inte fick en 5a är att den har en tråkig förmsttering i faktadelarna och därför blir lite tungläst.
