Dark Side of Happiness

A light hearted take on personal experiences. Through the good, the bad and the ugly. Sharing my mistakes, lessons and regrets. A message that no one is perfect and there is no such thing as normal. Spanning everyday life as a teenager to those first few years after graduation. Reflections on mental health and the journey to find myself again. Stories of those dark days and the days spent laughing.
