From Beat Down to Back Up and Beyond

James Neville-Taylor has felt the suffocating darkness that can drive a person to take their own life.

After a failed suicide attempt in 2017, he realized his life would have amounted to nothing if it had ended then. So he resolved to change it.

From Beat Down to Back Up and Beyond details James''s journey of overcoming childhood abuse, addiction, and trauma to become a self-made millionaire against all the odds. When he saw the healing effect that telling his story had on survivors like himself, he knew he had to share it with as many people as possible.

This memoir is dedicated to everyone fighting through that darkness. May it be a light that shows you that you are not alone-and maybe even helps guide you out.
