Now What? Managing a Sudden Career Transition

In Now What? Managing a Sudden Transition in Your Career, Annella Metoyer uses the common footprint in her story and the stories of others to carve a step-by-step path from shock to joy. With a long career in banking, Annella was expecting to retire as late as seventy years old. However, at fifty-nine years old, she faced some surprising news: downsizing. The digital age had reduced the need for bank offices and executives like herself. Though her heart was broken, she looked inward to methodically recreate herself and then her career. For anyone facing a sudden transition, Annella''s clear steps to reclaiming power make Now What? Managing a Sudden Transition in Your Career a guiding hand along the journey.
