KATE SHEEHY lives in Sandycove, County Dublin, with her daughter Alice and their three cats Puss, Tigger and Goose.She received an MA in Children's Book Illustration from the Cambridge School of Art. Since graduating, Kate enjoys creating fun, colourful and quirky stories, mostly inspired by her pets. Her previous books include Guinea Pigs Go Gardening and Guinea Pigs Go Stargazing.

Bold, bright colours and almost 3D at times … Little children will relate to Fraidy as he jumps and scampers before finally conquering his fears. A fun story with a very appealing central character to deliver its reassuring message.
