After many years of living in the north of England, Catherine Walters relocated to New Zealand where she now lives with her family and two meddlesome Siamese cats. She is part of a collective running an art gallery in Nelson where she finds plenty to inspire her in the unaccustomed sunshine. Alison Edgson was born in County Down in Northern Ireland and now lives near Newport in Wales. When she's not illustrating children's books, Alison spends most of her free time chasing her chickens out of the vegetable garden and brushing the cat, and loves walking her dogs in the countryside.
