Harbinger

When storms rage, guardians take flight. Sheltered within an ancient oak at the heart of an old cemetery, a clan of winged guides waits for the storm's eye. To human eyes they are omens of death. But, in truth, they are the gentle keepers who guide lost souls across the veil. When a powerful storm tears through the wards protecting Eternal Escapes Cemetery, one guardian senses a devourer rising from the darkness; an ancient, lost soul twisted by fear. As it reaches for the soul of the cemetery's director, the guardian must risk its own essence to save her and restore peace to the dead and the living alike. A haunting tale of compassion, courage, and the light that endures beyond death.
