How can spaces develop effectiveness and be designed together with children? How can everyday objects be used for educational spaces? The authors present ideas from practice for practice and thus show how room design can be sustainable. This card set presents 50 creative impulses, how rooms can be designed together with and for children and thus the room and the outside area have a lasting effect as a third educator. All ideas are easy and inexpensive to implement. The cards show at a glance which materials and how much "production time" are required, how the implementation works and what the end result can look like. In addition, Ursula Günster-Schöning and Anja Tönjes give tips on how participatory and sustainable design processes can flourish and thus create educational spaces.
