Poor Leadership Leading to Organizational Failures

In this paper, the causes of poor leadership are discussed. The resultingimpact on employees and the organization itself is also evaluated. Three case studies ofgreat startup companies, namely Atari, Commodore and Motorola are used as examples todescribe how poor leadership has been the leading factor to their organizational failures.
