Yuming Zhang (born in 1962, Shandong Jinan) earned Ph.D. in economics and postdoctoral degree in management from Fudan University. He is now a professor of Shandong University School of management, Shandong University Institute of small and medium enterprises, accounting, management science and an engineering doctoral tutor. He also serves as the Ministry of Education key research base Tsinghua University Technology Innovation Research Center academic committee. Research areas include financial accounting and financial securities, SME development and enterprise growth theory, and scientific and technological innovation and management.He has presided over 4 national social science fund major and surface items including the "Science and Technology SME financing platform and database construction research" (15ZDB157), and more than 10 ministries of education provincial and ministerial level items including "China's low-carbon independent innovation model selection and countermeasures". He has published 15 monographs, including "Cloud innovation theory and application" and "Small and medium-sized technology enterprises growth mechanism". He has published more than 130 papers in "Research Management" and "Accounting Research", among which 60 papers are included in CSSCI and 5 papers are retrieved by EI. The research achievements have been excerpted by "Chinese Social Science Abstracts" many times. In addition, he has been awarded more than ten times by the first prize of the Outstanding Achievement Award of Science and Technology of the Ministry of Education (Management Science) and the Outstanding Achievement Award of Social Science in Shandong Province. He has also been appraised as an excellent teacher of entrepreneurial competition. Besides, he has many years of working experience in business management, financial securities, and investment banking. He has guided and participated in more than 30 corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, the issuance of shares, and other projects. He also serves as an independent director of Weichai Heavy Machinery, Jin Yi Culture, etc., and financial adviser to Green Pa Chemical, etc.
