This book focuses on advances in psychology research. Chapter 1 discusses self-esteem and subjective well-being, and how they correlate in emerging adulthood. Chapter 2 focuses on the training of psychological techniques in athletes with Down Syndrome (DS). Chapter 3 aims at researching how EP and CSR have already been used together so far in literature and figuring out how they might collaborate and corroborate each other to encourage sustainable behavior. Chapter 4 seeks to analyze deviant behaviors in organizations, including the definition of these behaviors, their typology, as well as the underlying factors and causes that influence their occurrence.
