It groups a series of related studies, referring to teamwork in multicultural products, to the entrepreneurial orientation of young graduates, and labour market discrimination. The case studies refer, mainly, to the Romanian business and non-business market, attempting to structure around driving concepts a transitional environment. Thus, it represents a starting point in discussing the success of cross-cultural endeavours on the Romanian market.
