She is the author of several books for children, including National Regular Average Ordinary Day; It Will Be OK: A Story of Empathy, Kindness, and Friendship; and A Love Letter to My Library. Lisa lives near Chicago with her family in a hundred-year-old Victorian house with sloping floors and the tiniest bathroom you’ve ever seen.
